Hot Cross Bun Cheesecake Bake
Ingredients

6 chocolate hot cross buns

225g cream cheese
-
2 eggs
-
¾ cup milk of choice
-
½ cup sugar
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Grease 24cm x 24cm baking dish
- Blend or whisk cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
- Cut hot cross buns and place in baking dish. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips
- Pour cheesecake mixture over top
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden
- **Optional: Dust with icing sugar to serve
