Healthy Banoffee Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)
  • 1 super ripe banana
  • 1/3 pot of high-protein yoghurt (flavour of your choice)
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Coconut sugar (for caramelization)
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Shredded coconut, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana, place into airfryer and top with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and caramelized.
  3. While the bananas are air frying, toast your slice of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Assemble the toast:
  5. Spread a generous layer of the yoghurt onto the warm toast.
  6. Add the air-fried banana slices on top of the yogurt.
  7. Drizzle with peanut butter.
  8. Sprinkle with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and shredded coconut
