Ingredients

1 slice of sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)

1 super ripe banana

1/3 pot of high-protein yoghurt (flavour of your choice)

1/2 tbsp peanut butter

Coconut sugar (for caramelization)

Cinnamon, to taste

Shredded coconut, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the banana, place into airfryer and top with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
- Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and caramelized.
- While the bananas are air frying, toast your slice of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble the toast:
- Spread a generous layer of the yoghurt onto the warm toast.
- Add the air-fried banana slices on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and shredded coconut
