1 cob loaf

250g diced bacon, cooked

250g cream cheese softened to room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream

3/4 cup cream

3/4 cup tasty cheese

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

2 spring onions, sliced thinly

*Note - foil is also required for this recipe.
Instructions
- Cut the top off your cob loaf and scoop the insides out. Set them aside. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and place the loaf onto a tray.
- In a large bowl combine the cob filling. Stir well to combine.
- Spoon into the cob loaf, cover with foil and put into the oven for approximately 25 mins.
- Make bunny ears from the top/lid of the cob loaf, using a serrated knife.
- Remove the cob from the oven, remove the foil and place the ears into the cob loaf and place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes to brown (keeping an eye on it).
- Remove once cooked and golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
