1 block of halloumi (cut into cubes)

40g panko bread crumbs

20g shredded parmesan

1 egg

Olive oil spray

2 tbsp hot honey
-
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (to taste)

Optional: dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
- Mix the panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan in a bowl. In a separate bowl beat your egg.
- Crumb the halloumi cubes by dipping them into the egg and then into the parmesan panko mixture - making sure they are well-coated in all sides
- Spray the cubes with oil and air fry at 200C for approx 10min, giving the basket a shake mid-way through. Spray with oil again, and bake for another 1-3min or until golden brown.
- Pour crispy halloumi bites into a bowl, drizzle with hot honey, and mix well until coated.
- Optional: sprinkle with a few chilli flakes (if you like an extra kick of heat) and serve with dipping sauce of choice. Enjoy!
