1 hot roast chicken (bones removed, chopped)

Microwave white rice sachet

Spring onion, finely chopped

Coriander, finely chopped

Soy sauce

Sriracha

Sesame oil (to serve)

Crispy shallots (to serve)

Chilli oil (to serve)
Instructions
- Remove hot roast chicken from bag, remove bones, and roughly chop
- Cook the microwave white rice (following packet instructions)
- Place the chicken with juices, rice, soy sauce, sriracha, spring onion and coriander back into the bag and shake to combine
- Serve in a large bowl and top with a drizzle of sesame oil, crispy shallots, and chilli oil to taste
