Air Fryer Spicy Cheese Twists
Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry

1/4 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, finely chopped

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated and divided in half across 2 bowls

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated and divided in half across 2 bowls

1 egg whisked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven using the Air Fry function to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Lay the puff pastry sheet flat on a chopping board. Spread the cream cheese evenly across the pastry. Sprinkle over the jalapeños, and half of the grated cheeses.
- Fold the pastry in half to enclose the filling, pressing gently so the layers stick together.
- Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry into long strips (about 1–2 cm wide).
- Twist each strip 2–3 times and place onto the lined baking tray, leaving space between each twist.
- Brush the pastry twists with the whisked egg and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
- Place the tray in the oven and air fry for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed, golden and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
