Air Fryer Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  • 2. Grease 24cm x 24cm baking dish
  • 3. Blend or whisk cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
  • 4. Cut hot cross buns and place in baking dish. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips
  • 5. Pour cheesecake mixture over top
  • 6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden
  • *Optional: Dust with icing sugar to serve

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and dark chocolate together in microwave (20 sec intervals). Stir until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk sugars and egg vigorously until light and fluffy (3–5 mins).
  3. Add vanilla then mix in melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Add flour and salt, fold to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Add mixture to an air fryer safe dish
  6. Air fry at 180°C for 8 mins (check with a toothpick that mixture is cooked through).
