Air Fryer Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 100g vanilla protein yogurt (approximately ½ cup)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Nutella

Instructions

  1. Add self-raising flour and yogurt to a bowl and mix well. Knead into a soft ball
  2. Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll into balls
  3. Brush with melted butter
  4. Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, rotating/checking at 4 minutes
  5. **Optional: Brush donuts with melted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar/drizzle with Nutella.
