Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- 100g vanilla protein yogurt (approximately ½ cup)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- Cinnamon sugar
- Nutella
Instructions
- Add self-raising flour and yogurt to a bowl and mix well. Knead into a soft ball
- Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll into balls
- Brush with melted butter
- Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, rotating/checking at 4 minutes
- **Optional: Brush donuts with melted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar/drizzle with Nutella.
